For $150 per month plus work order costs, Nest DC provides essential maintenance services to ensure your property stays in top condition. We will create a maintenance plan together, to ensure your goals for the property are met, and you have a trusted, reliable partner for your property.
Services offered
Our 24/7 emergency response ensures that any urgent maintenance issues are addressed promptly. We are also gatekeepers. We will triage every request to balance cost to owners, resident needs and offer interim solutions if possible to reduce cost. We advocate for your property. We partner with you to find the best course of action.
Turnover services involve preparing your property for new tenants after the previous tenants move out. This includes cleaning, minor repairs, and ensuring the property is ready for occupancy, helping you provide a smooth transition for your tenants.
Nest DC offers guidance on what to expect and budget for when residents transition. We can do the work in-house or with vendor support based on a project or hourly fee.
The base cost for the Maintenance Only service is $150 per month. Additional costs may include specific work order tasks that arise, which will be billed separately. These costs will be discussed and approved by you before any work is carried out, so there are no surprises.
