Services offered
Our 24/7 emergency response ensures that any urgent maintenance issues are addressed promptly. We are also gatekeepers. We will triage every request to balance cost - some things can be solved remotely - without additional cost. We partner with you to find the best course of action.
The base cost is $300 per month depending on square footage. Additional fees would include specific work order tasks that arise, which will be billed separately.
These costs will be discussed and approved by you before any work is carried out, so there are no surprises.
