- Vendor management and resident relations | We manage resident requests from noise complaints to lost keys and the beeping smoke detectors - and everything in between. Our resident relationship team keeps residents happy. As vendors are needed, your Home Relationship Manager will coordinate with you, the vendor, and the resident when more than basic maintenance is needed.
- Finance and tax support | We manage rents + deposits while we follow the letter of the local law. We prep your monthly statement and annual 1099.
- Compliance | We help you follow the law - fair housing - basic business licenses - city regulations + DC Department of Housing guidance.

This is a nuanced practice, and things change over time. We've been at it for 16 years.
