Maintenance Technician

Salary: $22-$28/hour dependent on experience

Classification: Full-Time

Location: 87 Florida Ave Office and our properties

Office Hours: M-F, 9am – 6:30pm evenings and weekends as needed

Flock and Nest DC, LLC (www.nest-dc.com) is a boutique property management company focusing on residential rental units exclusively in Washington, D.C.  We offer traditional property management for residences as well as design and construction management services.   From on-site management to asset management, we can customize a working relationship with individual residences that suit their unique needs.

Position Objective:

Working in a team environment, our Maintenance Technician will be an energetic self-starter and a customer service expert and troubleshooting wiz.  This person will provide support for Nest DC property management tenants and owners as well as help with our own portfolio of properties. The goal is to provide high quality maintenance service to ensure the long-term preservation of real estate investment value for owners, while exceeding client and company expectations.
