What I do at Flock: I’m responsible for the prompt and courteous answering of phones, chats, and emails and identifying and resolving any problems that arise with our customers. Research/resolve resident/owner’s issues which may require the review of accounts, creating service requests, and providing the appropriate triage to the home management team.
